OTR Chef Salad

1/2 c diced COOKED chicken breast, low sodium deli meat is ok
1 oz low fat cheese, like Lorraine swiss
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1/2 c diced cucumbers
2 tb low-fat salad dressing
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 small orange
1/4 c roasted (not salted) almonds
