Sleep is so much more than just rest. Something as simple as sleep can have an enormous effect on the quality of your life! During this study, researchers monitored the sleep habits of 153 people for two weeks. People who slept an average of less than 7 hours per night were 3 times as likely to get sick as those who averaged at least 8 hours!
